What reaches us through the form

Sending the form passes on your name, at least one contact of your choice, and the text you wrote: which place it concerns, what should change, the page that shows it and how you know the place. Along with it travel the address of the page the form was sent from and that page’s language. One field is invisible to people and exists only to catch automatic spam.

Storage and use

The message is stored by a form service and read, with the others, when the list is next revised. It serves to confirm and apply what you reported, and for nothing else. An answer is sent only when the message asks for one. Names and contacts are not published, not sold and not handed to the clubs or organisers concerned; a published correction describes the change and leaves out who reported it.

Visit statistics

Visits are counted by a script served from this site’s own domain. It places no cookie and does not track anyone across other sites. For each page view it notes the page, the referring page, and the browser, kind of device and country worked out from the request; these are read as sums, not as individual visits.

Nothing from third parties

No advertising, social-network or other outside tracking code is loaded here, and neither are external fonts, map tiles or pictures. A link to a source or to a map leads to a different website with rules of its own. The company hosting these pages handles technical data, IP addresses included, as far as delivering them requires.

Having a message removed

To have an earlier message removed, write again through the form with the same name and contact and say what should go. It is removed from the form service at the next reading of the messages. No confirmation follows unless you ask for one and leave a contact.
